Returns Policy
Items purchased from our dealers for return will be forwarded to the dealer. It will be the dealer's discretion on how to handle the request for return.
Items purchased from Obsession R USA website will be handled according to our policy listed below.
Please note that if a deposit is required for purchase, upon product completion, you will be notified via email and/or phone call and/or previously specified notification method; and the remaining balance will need to be remitted within 30 (thirty) days upon notification.
Failure to remit payment within 30 (thirty) days upon notification will incur forfeit of deposit, and product will be relisted as inventory.
Special orders are nonrefundable and full payment is required before order is processed to manufacture.
WHAT can be returned?
Non-perishable products can be returned provided they are in original condition. Products such as oils and brake fluids can be returned provided the packaging has not been opened, if they are opened we unfortunately cannot provide a refund.
Returned items must be in a brand new condition with original factory seal. Items you wish to return must be approved prior to your return. Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RAN#) and specify your reason for return.
All return inquiries must be sent to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
If by chance the product is damaged/faulty upon delivery we will provide a refund as per US Consumer Law. Please be sure to provide us with picture upon receipt to show the damage by carrier.
Shipping, handling, and transaction fees are non-refundable.
Return items are subjected to a 30% restocking fees.
Please note that special order items, including custom items manufactured for your specifications are final sale, not eligible for refund nor return.
We cannot accept responsibility for returned packages for undelivered items. If the package is returned to us undelivered, we will require a second shipping payment for resending the package. If it is deemed you do not wish the item thereafter, shipping fees are non refundable. Please retain your proof for postage and any documents that you may need to claim with your carrier.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
All items subject to return must be returned within 30 days from the delivered date. Approved returns must be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your RAN#. Please be assured that we will provide a refund once the product has been successfully returned and is in acceptable condition.
Once you have sent out the item, please be sure to update us with tracking information to ensure a successful return.
WHERE and HOW do items need to be returned to?
When a request for item return as been approved by us, an item return address will be provided to the customer and the purchased item, plus all related accessories, packaging or components must be returned in to the provided address within 30 days from the delivered date.
HOW do customers return items?
Products must be returned in original condition as received, please send the product via USP or a courier of your choice with the original invoice included. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
To ensure the products sent back to us are in the same condition received, we recommend adding insurance to the return shipping along with tracking information. Please keep in mind the product is still the responsibility of the sender, in this case the customer, until it is received back at our location.
SHIPPING for returns?
Shipping fee is non-refundable, as we use an external source for all of our shipping requirements. Return items with shipping cost set as “pay on delivery” will be rejected and thus delay the refund process, please make sure shipping cost is paid for any items that is requires a full refund.
CREDIT for returns?
We may allow credit for returned products. These credits can be used for purchasing other items from our website. Please inquire with us with your invoice number if you wish to proceed with a credit return.
Item Exchange
Item exchange is only acceptable if the delivered item is different or not the item purchased by the customer, please contact us for item exchange. We will require the item to be returned first before a new one will be sent out. Shipping cost of returning item will be covered by us please send the package shipping cost as “pay on delivery”.
All items will be inspected by our staff before packaged for delivery. We will not be responsible for any physical damages that may have occurred during the shipping process. In case of damaged items from shipping, please contact the shipping company used for compensations.
Packing materials?
Please return products in its original condition with all contents in-tact. Also provide ample packaging to ensure the product is returned in the condition you received it in.
Warranty Information
Obsession R USA is not responsible for any incurred labor charges during fitment or removal of any allegedly faulty (or incorrectly supplied) parts. It is the responsibility of the buyer to double check the correct part is correctly received upon purchased.
Manufacture's warranty
Note that warranty on our products is first submitted to our dealers, our dealers will then reach out to us with verified purchase information. We can only provide warranty on our products up to 365 days from delivery date, and only if purchased through one of our dealers listed below. If product is not purchased via one of our dealers, we cannot provide warranty. We apologize for any inconvenience in advance.
Deposits are required for any special order items at 50%. This deposit is non refundable in the event if the customer has a change of mind once processed. All special order items are final sale.
